This year will be a special year for the committee of the 1000 Engine Rally.

It will be our 25th Show and we hope to make it an extra special one. We hope this year to get as close to the magical 1000 engines as possible , if not exceed it. There will be more room for the extra engines, but this will not be at the expense of the other exhibitors. We value all our exhibitors, whether engine men, tractors, cars, bikes, minature steam, commercials, military,Land Rovers or crafts. Without them we would not have a show for the public to attend and enjoy.

This year we are aiming to set a world record for the largest gathering of stationary engines running in one place. This will take place on the Sunday and we are hoping to get this record verified by The Guinness Book Of Records.

You can download an entry form from our website, www.1000engines.co.uk, and be part of a great show. Local television and press will be informed about the record attempt.

There will also be an auction on the Friday before the show in the afternoon.
